Get Creative Staffing (a division of Genesis Global Recruiting, Inc.) provides direct hire job placement on either a contingency or retained search basis. Your company can choose either option, whichever one most fits your needs. Most of our clients eventually choose the retained search agreement, because of the overall better value proposition.

“Passive” Searches

A major focus of our search and placement is on highly-qualified talent who may not be actively searching for a new position at the time you have a need.  We work with our network of contacts to identify passive and freelance candidates and present them with your opportunity.

Our database, which started in 1999, allows us to perform targeted searches for our clients focusing on specific talents, credentials and levels of experience.

Focused Search

Many staffing organizations will assign a recruiter to your account and expect them to be responsible to fill all your open positions. This practice typically leads to competition for the same talent within an organization and affects the quality of the candidates, which ultimately leads to unreasonable time to fill statistics, or worse, a poor hire. If you have multiple open positions across several departments our process aligns our customers with a team who has a functional knowledge of the positions you seek to fill. We will assign a lead recruiter to your account and they will assess each position and ensure we assign the open requisition to the recruiter with the vocation required to deliver a qualified candidate slate. With our vertical approach to recruiting and enterprise sourcing system, Get Creative Staffing can deliver qualified, available and interested candidates in a timely and cost effective manner.

With our approach we have been able to reduce the high costs of recruiting fees by establishing a flat fee for the position you seek to fill. We evaluate the position and gain an understanding of the market, demographics and research investment. We then structure a flat fee based on the complexities and redundancy of the position. This allows your managers to make hiring decisions based on the quality of the candidate, not who will have the least impact on your financial statements.
